Bloom Financial Group Limited acts as a finance broker to help you find and arrange suitable finance options from a range of lenders. We do not provide the finance ourselves but work with various lenders to find the most suitable rate and terms for your needs.

Asset Insurance Products:
Bloom Financial Group Ltd does not provide advice on insurance products such as Mechanical breakdown insurance (MBI) , Guaranteed asset protection (GAP) or Lifestyle protection insurance (LPI). If these products are provided in conjunction with a loan, our services are limited to providing you with necessary information to aid in your decision on whether these products are suitable for you. We have relationships with the following Insurance companies provided below :

Kiwisaver and Mortgage Disclosure
Bloom Financial Group Ltd does not provide Kiwisaver or Mortgage advice. Bloom Financial Group will assist with collating data and providing that data to industry experts in the given fields. We operate in this manner to ensure that the advice provided is suitable and is given with competence, knowledge and skill.
Conduct:
We have a high standard of conduct at Bloom Financial Group Limited and will operate within our duties under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 whenever we provide advice.
As part of our responsibilities we are required to:
Prioritise your interests by taking all reasonable measures to ensure that our advice remains free from undue influence by our own interests.
Uphold the ethical standards of behavior, conduct, and client care set forth by the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services, ensuring that we treat you appropriately and provide suitable advice.
Exercise care, diligence, and skill in delivering advice to you.
Adhere to the standards of competence, knowledge, and skill established by the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services, ensuring we possess the requisite expertise to provide you with sound advice.
Services Provided:
- Asset Loan Services: We assist you in completing and submitting your secured personal loan or debt consolidation application with various lenders.
- Unsecured lending : We assist you in completing and submitting your unsecured personal loan or debt consolidation application with various lenders.
- Advice on Asset lending : We are able to provide advice on asset lending in line with our Class 2 Financial Advice Provider Licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority.
Fees and Charges:
- Brokerage Fee: We may charge a brokerage fee for our services. This fee will be disclosed to you before you proceed with the finance application.
- Lender Fees: Some lenders may charge fees, such as application fees or establishment fees. These will be outlined in the loan agreement and made very clear.
Conflicts of Interest:
- We may receive commissions or fees from lenders based on the finance products we arrange for you. We are committed to acting in your best interest and ensuring transparency in our dealings.
- We will disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may arise in our recommendations.
Your Information:
- We collect and use personal and financial information to assess your eligibility for finance and to assist with your application. This information will be kept confidential and only shared with lenders, credit reporting agencies, and other relevant parties as necessary.
- You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by us.

We have an internal complaints process and aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days of receiving them. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
